Article 32 of the Charter of Economic Rights and Duties of States, which was adopted by the General Assembly at its twenty-ninth session, states that no State may use or encourage the use of economic, political or any other type of measures to coerce another State in order to obtain from it the subordination of the exercise of its sovereign rights.
وقد نصت المادة ٣٢ من ميثاق حقوق الدول وواجباتها الاقتصادية الذي اعتمدته الجمعية العامة في دورتها التاسعة والعشرين على أنه لا يجوز ﻷي دولة أن تستخدم أو أن تشجع على استخدام تدابير، اقتصادية أو سياسية أو من أي نوع آخر، للضغط على دولة أخرى بقصد إجبارها على التبعية لها في ممارسة حقوقها السيادية.

The Assembly reaffirmed that no State might use or encourage the use of unilateral economic, political or any other type of measure to coerce another State in order to obtain from it the subordination of the exercise of its sovereign rights.
وأعادت الجمعية تأكيد أنه ليس ﻷي دولة أن تستخدم تدابير أُحادية اقتصادية أو سياسية أو من أي نوع آخر أو أن تشجع على استخدام هذه التدابير للضغط على دولة أخرى بقصد إجبارها على التبعية لها في ممارسة حقوقها السيادية.

ولا يجوز لأية دولة استخدام التدابير الاقتصادية أو السياسية أو أي نوع آخر من التدابير، أو تشجيع استخدامها لإكراه دولة أخرى على النزول عن ممارسة حقوقها السيادية للحصول منها على أية مزايا " .

Those measures are, furthermore, incompatible with General Assembly resolution 62/183, which provides that no State may use or encourage the use of unilateral economic, political or any other type of measures to coerce another State in order to obtain from it the subordination of the exercise of its sovereign rights.
وكذلك فإنها تنتهك مضمون قرار الجمعية العامة 62/183 الذي ينص على: " أنه لا يجوز لأي دولة أن تستخدم أو أن تشجع على استخدام تدابير اقتصادية أو سياسية انفرادية أو أي نوع آخر من التدابير لإكراه دولة أخرى على التبعية لها في ممارسة حقوقها السيادية " .

Reaffirming the pertinent principles and provisions contained in the Charter of Economic Rights and Duties of States proclaimed by the General Assembly in its resolution 3281 (XXIX) of 12 December 1974, in particular article 32 which declares that no State may use or encourage the use of economic, political or any other type of measures to coerce another State in order to obtain from it the subordination of the exercise of its sovereign rights,
وإذ تعيد تأكيد المبادئ واﻷحكام ذات الصلة الواردة في ميثاق حقوق الدول وواجباتها الاقتصادية الذي أعلنته الجمعية العامة بقرارها ١٨٢٣)د-٩٢( المؤرخ في ٢١ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ٤٧٩١، ولا سيما المادة ٢٣ منه التي تعلن أنه ليس ﻷي دولة أن تستخدم أو أن تشجع على استخدام تدابير اقتصادية أو سياسية أو من أي نوع آخر للضغط على دولة أخرى بقصد اجبارها على التبعية لها في ممارسة حقوقها السيادية،

Reaffirming the Declaration on Principles of International Law concerning Friendly Relations and Cooperation among States,Resolution 2625 (XXV), annex. which states, inter alia, that no State may use or encourage the use of unilateral economic, political or any other type of measure to coerce another State in order to obtain from it the subordination of the exercise of its sovereign rights,

The Declaration states, inter alia, that no State may use or encourage the use of economic, political or any other type of measures to coerce another State in order to obtain from it the subordination of the exercise of its sovereign rights or to secure from it advantages of any kind, and that every State has an undeniable right to choose its political, economic, social and cultural system, without interference in any form by another State.
ويذكر اﻹعلان، فيما يذكر، أنه لا يجوز ﻷي دولة استخدام التدابير الاقتصادية أو السياسية أو أي نوع آخر من التدابير أو تشجيع استخدامها ﻹكراه دولة أخرى على النزول عن ممارسة حقوقها السيادية أو للحصول منها على أية مزايا، وأن لكل دولة حقا مسلﱠما به في اختيار نظامها السياسي والاقتصادي والاجتماعي والثقافي دون أي تدخل من جانب دولة أخرى.

20. Both declarations also state that no State may use or encourage the use of economic, political or any other type of measures to coerce another State in order to obtain from it the subordination of the exercise of its sovereign rights or to secure from it advantages of any kind, and that every State has an undeniable right to choose its political, economic, social and cultural system, without interference in any form by another State.
٢٠ - وينص اﻹعلانان أيضا على أنه لا يجوز ﻷي دولة استخدام التدابير الاقتصادية أو السياسية أو أي نوع آخر من التدابير أو تشجيع استخدامها ﻹكراه دولة أخرى على النزول عن ممارسة حقوقها السيادية وللحصول منها على أية مزايا وأن لكل دولة حق غير قابل للتصرف في اختيار نظمها السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية دون أي تدخل من جانب أية دولة أخرى.

The Meeting emphasized that UN sanctions should not be used for political motivations and reaffirmed that no State should use or encourage the use of UN sanctions as well as unilateral economic, political or any other measure to coerce another State in order to subordinate the exercise of its sovereign rights.
51 - أكد الاجتماع أن عقوبات الأُمم المتحدة ينبغي ألا تستخدم لدوافع سياسية، وأكد مجدداً أن أي دولة ينبغي ألا تستخدم أو تشجع استخدام عقوبات الأُمم المتحدة أو تدابير انفرادية اقتصادية أو سياسية أو غير ذلك من التدابير لإرغام دولة أخرى على التخلي عن ممارسة حقوقها في السيادة.
