13 - وفي حالة تغيُّر مستوى تمثيل وفد من فئة رئيس الدولة أو نائب رئيس الدولة أو ولي العهد أو رئيس الحكومة إلى أي فئة أخرى، فسينقل ترتيب المتكلم، حسب فئته، إلى آخر مكان من أمكنة الدول الأعضاء في قائمة المتكلمين في الجلسة العامة الأخيرة.
