3. The present articles are without prejudice to the immunities enjoyed by a State under international law with respect to aircraft or space objects owned or operated by a State.
3 - لا تسري هذه المواد على الإجراءات المتصلة بالطائرات أو الأجسام الفضائية التي تملكها الدولة أو تشغلها.

The provisions of this Convention regarding the protection and preservation of the marine environment do not apply to any warship, naval auxiliary or other vessels owned or operated by a State and used, for the time being, only on government non-commercial service.
لا تنطبق أحكام هذه الاتفاقية المتعلقة بحماية البيئة البحرية والحفاظ عليها على أية سفينة حربية أو قطعة بحرية مساعدة أو غيرها من السفن التي تملكها أو تشغلها دولة ما، وتكون مستعملة وقتئذ فقط في خدمة حكومية غير تجارية.

(2) The Convention shall not apply to ships owned or operated by a State and used only on Government non-commercial service.

2. Nothing in this Convention affects the immunities of vessels and aircraft owned or operated by a State for non-commercial purposes.
٢ - ليس في هذه الاتفاقية ما يمس حصانات السفن والطائرات التي تملكها أو تشغلها أي دولة ﻷغراض غير تجارية.

19. As regards paragraph 2, the suggestion was made to replace the phrase “belonging ... purposes” with “owned or operated by a State for non-commercial purposes” (see A/AC.252/1998/WP.9).

8. Moreover, the article concerning ships owned or operated by a State should also refer to aircraft and space objects.
٨ - وفضلا عن ذلك فإن المادة ذات الصلة بالسفن التي تملكها أو تشغلها الدولة ينبغي أن تشير أيضا إلى الطائرات واﻷجسام الفضائية.

It was generally agreed that provisions regarding aircraft and spacecraft should be incorporated into draft article 16 (Ships owned or operated by a State).
وقد اتفق بصفة عامة على وجوب إدراج اﻷحكام المتعلقة بالطائرات والمركبات الفضائية في مشروع المادة ١٦ )السفن التي تملكها الدولة أو تشغلها(.

3. The present Convention is without prejudice to the immunities enjoyed by a State under international law with respect to aircraft or space objects owned or operated by a State.

25. It also provides that paragraph 1 does not apply to warships and naval auxiliaries nor does it apply to “other ships owned or operated by a State and used exclusively in government non-commercial service” (para. 2).
٢٥ - وتنـص أيضا عـلى أن الفقرة ١ لا تسري على السفن الحربيــة والسفن البحــرية المساعــدة كما لا تسري على " السفن اﻷخرى التي تملكها أو تشغﱢلها دولة وتكون مستخدمة في الخدمة الحكومية غير التجارية دون غيرها " )الفقرة ٢(.
