Ambassador Hessel also announced that the French Government would be willing, as recommended by workshop 4 on reparations, to prepare and forward to the Preparatory Commission, as an information note, a compilation of views expressed and documents distributed in this particular workshop since they were not meant only for inclusion in the Rules of Procedure and Evidence but also for future use by the Court or the States parties.
