Article 30 denies to groups or persons any right to " engage in any activity or to perform any act aimed at the destruction of any of the rights and freedoms set forth herein " .
ولا تخوّل المادة 30 أي جماعة أو أي فرد أي حق في " القيام بأي نشاط أو بأي فعل يهدف إلى هدم أي من الحقوق والحريات المنصوص عليها فيه " .

19. According to article 30 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, “Nothing in this Declaration may be interpreted as implying for any State, group or person any right to engage in any activity or to perform any act aimed at the destruction of any of the rights and freedoms set forth herein.”
٩١- وتبين المادة ٠٣ من اﻹعلان العالمي لحقوق اﻹنسان أنه: " ليس في هذا اﻹعلان أي نص يجوز تأويله على نحو يفيد انطواءه على تخويل أية دولة أو جماعة أو أي فرد أي حق في القيام بأي نشاط أو بأي فعل يهدف إلى هدم أي من الحقوق والحريات المنصوص عليها فيه " .

Finally, with respect to the UDHR, article 30 — the last article in this instrument — declares: “Nothing in this Declaration may be interpreted as implying for any State, group or person any right to engage in any activity or to perform any act aimed at the destruction of any of the rights and freedoms set forth herein”.
