In this respect, rule 102 of the rules of procedure stipulates that communications shall be examined in closed session and that oral deliberations and summary records shall remain confidential, but that this shall not affect the right of the parties to make public any submissions or information bearing on the proceedings.
وفي هذا الصدد، تنص المادة 102 من النظام الداخلي على أن تُبحث البلاغات في جلسات مغلقة وتظل المداولات الشفوية والمحاضر الموجزة سرية، لكن دون أن يؤثر ذلك في حق الأطراف في نشر أي بيانات أو معلومات عن الإجراءات.

4. The sessions of the subcommission shall be held in private in accordance with paragraph 4.2 of annex II to the Rules of Procedure. No records of the oral deliberations and personal notes distributed among members of the subcommission shall be disclosed to other members of the Commission who are not members of the subcommission.
4 - تعقد جلسات اللجنة الفرعية بوصفها جلسات خاصة وفقا للفقرة 4-2 من المرفق الثاني من النظام الداخلي ولا يجوز إفشاء مضمون محاضر المداولات الشفوية والمذكرات الشخصية المتداولة فيما بين أعضاء اللجنة الفرعية لسائر أعضاء اللجنة غير الأعضاء في اللجنة الفرعية.
