1. If two or more proposals relate to the same question, the Conference shall, unless it decides otherwise, decide on the proposals in the order in which they were submitted.
١ - إذا كان مقترحان أو أكثر يتعلقان بمسألة واحدة، يبت المؤتمر في المقترحات حسب ترتيب تقديمها ما لم يقرر غير ذلك.

If two or more proposals, other than amendments, relate to the same question, they shall, unless the Congress decides otherwise, be voted on in the order in which they were submitted.
المادة ٢٤ اذا كان مقترحان أو أكثر ، بخلاف التعديلات ، يتعلقان بمسألة واحدة يجرى التصويت على المقترحات حسب ترتيب تقديمها ، ما لم يقرر المؤتمر خلاف ذلك .
