المادة ١١ - اﻷمر الصادر عن الحكومة أو الرئيس اﻷعلى

Persons who are arrested or detained for the purpose of bringing them before a court in execution of the order of a court or upon reasonable suspicion of them having committed, or being about to commit a criminal offence must be taken to court within seven-two hours as required by the Constitution.
ويجب عرض الأشخاص الذين يتم إلقاء القبض عليهم أو احتجازهم بغرض مثولهم أمام المحكمة تنفيذاً لأمر صادر عن المحكمة أو استناداً إلى شك معقول في ارتكابهم أو شروعهم في ارتكاب جريمة جنائية، على المحكمة في غضون 72 ساعة على النحو المنصوص عليه في الدستور.
