٤١- وأبلغ الرئيس أيضاً الهيئة الفرعية للمشورة العلمية والتكنولوجية بأن طلبين مقدمين من منظمتين حكوميتين دوليتين وطلبات مقدمة من عشر منظمات غير حكومية قد فرزتها اﻷمانة على أساس أحكام المادة ٧-٦ من الاتفاقية ووفقاً لﻹجراءات التي وضعها مؤتمر اﻷطراف من أجل قبول المنظمات بصفة مراقبين.
