3. Encourages all Governments to remove unlawful obstacles that may prevent the safe, unrestricted and expeditious transfer of earnings, assets and pensions of migrants to their country of origin or to any other countries, in conformity with applicable legislation, and to consider, as appropriate, measures to solve other problems that may impede such transfers;
3- تشجع جميع الحكومات على إزالة العقبات غير القانونية التي قد تحول دون تحويل إيرادات المهاجرين وموجوداتهم ومعاشاتهم التقاعدية إلى بلدانهم الأصلية أو إلى أية بلدان أخرى بأمان ودون قيود وبسرعة وفقاً للتشريع الواجب التطبيق، وعلى النظر، حسب الاقتضاء، في اتخاذ تدابير لحل المشاكل الأخرى التي قد تعوق هذا التحويل؛

4. Through resolution 56/170, all Governments were encouraged to remove obstacles that may prevent the safe, unrestricted and expeditious transfer of earnings, assets and pensions of migrants to their country of origin or to any other countries.
4 - وشجع القرار 56/170 جميع الحكومات على إزالة العقبات التي قد تحول دون تحويل المهاجرين لعائداتهم وأصولهم ومعاشاتهم إلى بلدانهم الأصلية أو إلى أي بلدان أخرى بصورة آمنة وسريعة وبدون أي قيود.

14.
