3. After the period provided for in paragraph 2 of this article, the Chairperson of the Committee shall communicate the report of the Commission and the declarations of the States parties concerned to the other States Parties to this Convention.
3- يقوم رئيس اللجنة، بعد انقضاء الفترة المنصوص عليها في الفقرة 2 من هذه المادة، بتبليغ تقرير الهيئة وبيانات الدول الأطراف المعنية إلى سائر الدول الأطراف في هذه الاتفاقية.

Citizens of the Parties who are permanent residents in the territory of other States Parties to this Treaty shall be granted the legal status established under their national legislation and bilateral and multilateral treaties; provision shall be made for a simplified procedure for acquisition of citizenship by citizens of the Parties.

(a) At the time of deposit of its instrument of ratification, acceptance or approval of or accession to this Convention, inform the Secretary-General of the United Nations whether it will take this Convention as the legal basis for cooperation on extradition with other States Parties to this Convention; and
(أ) أن تبلّغ الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة، وقت إيداعها صك التصديق على هذه الاتفاقية أو قبولها أو إقرارها أو الانضمام إليها، بما إذا كانت ستعتبر هذه الاتفاقية الأساس القانوني للتعاون بشأن التسليم مع سائر الدول الأطراف في هذه الاتفاقية؛

2. Each State Party shall adopt, in accordance with the fundamental principles of its domestic law, such legislative and other measures as may be necessary to establish legal provisions that enable the central authorities or agencies with relevant responsibilities to share property constituting proceeds of crime with other States Parties to this Convention in cases when this would not entail damage to the property of those States.
2- تعتمد كل دولة طرف، وفقا للمبادئ الأساسية لقانونها الداخلي، ما قد يلزم من تدابير تشريعية وتدابير أخرى لوضع أحكام قانونية تتيح للسلطات المركزية أو الأجهزة التي لديها مسؤوليات ذات صلة أن تتقاسم العائدات الإجرامية مع دول أخرى أطراف في هذه الاتفاقية في الحالات التي لا يكون في ذلك إضرار بممتلكات تلك الدول.
