We would like here to confirm our position regarding this matter as outlined in our letter dated 28 September 2008, which was circulated as document A/63/468.
ونود هنا أن نؤكد موقفنا إزاء هذه المسألة كما سبق توضيحه في رسالتنا المؤرخة 28 أيلول/سبتمبر 2008، التي عُمّمت باعتبارها الوثيقة A/63/468.

Moreover, in our letter dated 2 July 2014, we referred to the intensifying acts of terror and racist hate crimes being perpetrated by illegal Israeli settlers as well as other Israeli extremists against Palestinian civilians, including children.

We brought the findings of that report to your attention in our letter dated 25 January 2012, which will be issued as document S/2012/63.

أُشير إلى رسالتنا المؤرخة في ٠٢ شباط/فبراير ٨٩٩١ التي نعلمكم فيها بأن سيادة الرئيس ياسر عرفات، رئيس اللجنة التنفيذية لمنظمة التحرير الفلسطينية ورئيس السلطة الفلسطينية، سيلقي كلمة في الدورة الرابعة والخمسين للجنة حقوق اﻹنسان يوم الاثنين الموافق ٣٢ آذار/مارس ٨٩٩١.

In our letter dated 14 June 1995 (S/1995/483) and as noted in Security Council resolution 998 (1995), we responded to and issued our sovereign consent to the deployment of the " rapid reaction capability " as a reinforcement for the United Nations Protection Force (UNPROFOR).

It will be recalled that similar allegations of so-called violations of airspace and air traffic regulations were refuted in our previous communications addressed to you, most recently in our letter dated 5 April 2011 (A/65/806-S/2011/235, annex).
تجدر الإشارة هنا إلى أن مزاعم مماثلة بحدوث ما يُسمى انتهاكات للمجال الجوي وقواعد الملاحة الجوية قد دُحضت في مراسلاتنا السابقة الموجهة إليكم، كان آخرها في رسالتنا المؤرخة 5 نيسان/أبريل 2011 (A/65/806-S/2011/235، المرفق).

On 9 April 1994, the Iranian side returned the abducted Iraqi fisherman, Safa'Khalil Ibrahim, but the boat, the engine, the identity card belonging to the fisherman in question and an amount estimated at ID 900 (our letter dated 12 April 1994) were not returned.

Further to our letter dated 27 June 2012 (S/2012/498), by which we informed the Security Council about the acceptance by the Government of the Sudan of the tripartite proposal regarding the channelling of relief materials to the affected population in the two States of South Kordofan and Blue Nile, I have further the honour to reiterate the Government of the Sudan's acceptance of the aforementioned initiative.

The actions taken by the Israeli occupying forces, especially the extrajudicial killings of two Palestinians mentioned in our letter dated 25 October 2005 (A/ES-10/310-S/2005/674), have yet again set in motion a dangerous cycle of violence, sabotaging attempts to ensure calm on the ground and shattering hopes for the resumption of the peace process.
والإجراءات التي اتخذتها قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلية، وخاصة عملية قتل فلسطينيين اثنين خارج نطاق القانون وهي العملية التي ذُكرت في رسالتنا المؤرخة 25 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2005، حركت من جديد دورة عنف خطيرة من شأنها أن تؤدي إلى إفشال المحاولات التي تُبذل لضمان توفير الهدوء على أرض الواقع وإلى تبديد الآمال بالنسبة لاستئناف عملية السلام.

I refer to our letter dated 23 July 1998 (S/1998/689, annex), in which we communicated to you the comments of the Government of Iraq on the poor performance of the United Nations agencies in implementing those parts of the procurement and distribution plans for phases I, II and III that related to the country's three northern governorates, namely Irbil, Dohuk and Sulaymaniyah.
