15.2 The Contractor shall, in carrying out exploration under this contract, observe and comply with such rules, regulations and procedures as may be adopted by the Authority relating to protection against discrimination in employment, occupational safety and health, labour relations, social security, employment security and living conditions at the work site.
١٥-٢ يحترم المتعاقد، في القيام بأنشطة الاستكشاف بموجب هذا العقد، ويتقيد بالقواعد واﻷنظمة واﻹجراءات المعتمدة من السلطة والمتصلة بالحماية من التمييز في العمالة وبالسلامة والصحة المهنيتين، وعلاقات العمل والضمان الاجتماعي واﻷمــن الوظيفي وظـروف المعيشة فــي موقــع العمل.

ENAMI also serves as a source of credit and technical assistance, as well as carrying out exploration and development studies.
كما تعمل شركة " إنامي " ENAMI كمصدر للائتمان والمساعدة التقنية، فضلا عن قيامها بالدراسات المتعلقة بالاستكشاف والتطوير.

The Authority manages risks to deep sea biodiversity by adopting regulations governing activities in the Area, by monitoring the activities of contractors who are carrying out exploration or exploitation and by promoting scientific research, especially on the impacts of mining activities on the environment.
وتدير السلطة الأخطار التي تهدد التنوع البيولوجي في أعماق البحار باعتماد لوائح تنظم الأنشطة في المنطقة، وذلك عن طريق رصد أنشطة المتعاقدين الذين يقومون بالاستكشاف أو الاستغلال وعن طريق تعزيز البحث العلمي، ولا سيما بشأن آثار أنشطة التعدين على البيئة.

(i) carry out exploration, at the request of the Commission, in the area reserved, pursuant to paragraph 3 in connection with its application, for activities in the Area by the Authority through the Enterprise or in association with developing States, on the basis that the costs so incurred plus interest thereon at the rate of 10 per cent per annum shall be reimbursed;
' ١ ' يقوم، بناء على طلب اللجنة، بالاستكشاف في القطاع المحجوز عملا بالفقرة ٣ فيما يتعلق بطلبه، من أجل اﻷنشطة في المنطقة التي ستجريها السلطة عن طريق المؤسسة أو بالاشتراك مع دول نامية، على أساس سداد التكاليف المتكبدة بهذه الكيفية مضافا إليها فائدة مقدارها ٠١ في المائة في السنة؛

(i) Carry out exploration, at the request of the Commission, in the area reserved for activities by the Authority through the Enterprise or in association with developing States, on the basis that the costs so incurred plus interest thereon at the rate of 10 per cent per annum shall be reimbursed;
