Turning to the medium-term programme framework, 2004-2007, Turkey was pleased to note that the formulation of proposals would be based on the Business Plan and the strategic guidelines, while the precise content of the medium-term programme framework would depend on the outcome of the review process relating to technical cooperation and global forum activities and the field structure.
