41. The purpose of the mission was to prepare for the excavation of the mass grave at Ovcara and to work out methodological and practical recommendations for other investigations into mass killings and destruction of property, treatment of prisoners and detainees and systematic sexual assaults and " ethnic cleansing " .
٤١ - وكان الغرض من البعثة هو اﻹعداد للكشف عن المقبرة الجماعية في اوفكارا ووضع تفاصيل التوصيات المنهجية والعملية المتصلة بالتحقيقات اﻷخرى في عمليات القتل الجماعية وتدمير الممتلكات، ومعاملة السجناء والمحتجزين، والاعتداءات الجنسية المنهجية و " التطهير اﻹثني " .

I wish to stress that the case of Ovcara is also a humanitarian question because many mothers and other relatives of missing persons from Vukovar are anxiously waiting to hear about the fate of their loved ones.
