It also requested the Open-ended Working Group to submit the overall guidance document to the Conference of the Parties at its eighth meeting for final adoption.
وطلب أيضاً من الفريق العامل مفتوح العضوية تقديم وثيقة التوجيه الشاملة إلى مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه الثامن للموافقة النهائية عليها.

The overall guidance document was revised to incorporate changes to summaries and recommendations contained in the five technical guidelines.

The overall guidance document had been revised to reflect the discussions at the ninth meeting of the Conference of the Parties and had been posted on the website in April 2009 for comments.
وجرى تنقيح الوثيقة التوجيهية الشاملة وتضمينها المناقشات التي جرت في الاجتماع التاسع لمؤتمر الأطراف، ووُضعت على الموقع الشبكي في نيسان/أبريل 2009 للتعليق عليها.

2. Invites Parties and Signatories to implement the overall guidance document and the guidelines produced by the project groups under the Mobile Phone Partnership Initiative;
2- يدعو الأطراف والموقعين إلى تنفيذ وثيقة التوجيه الشاملة والمبادئ التوجيهية التي أعدتها أفرقة المشروعات في إطار مبادرة الشراكة بشأن الهواتف النقالة؛

In its decision OEWGV/3, the Open-ended Working Group requests the Mobile Phone Working Group to complete the overall guidance document on environmentally sound management of used and end-of-life mobile phones for consideration and eventual adoption by the Conference of Parties at its eighth meeting.
وطلب الفريق العامل المفتوح العضوية، في مقرره 5/3، إلى الفريق العامل المعني بالهواتف النقالة إكمال وثيقة التوجيه الشاملة بشأن الإدارة السليمة بيئياً للهواتف النقالة المستعملة والهالكة لكي ينظر فيها مؤتمر الأطراف ويعتمدها في اجتماعه الثامن.

Invites parties, signatories and stakeholders to submit any comments on the revised overall guidance document to the Secretariat by 30 November 2012;
5 - يدعو الأطراف والموقّعين وأصحاب المصلحة إلى تقديم أية تعليقات بشأن وثيقة التوجيهات العامة إلى الأمانة في موعد أقصاه 30 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2012؛

Requests the Partnership to revise the draft overall guidance document taking into account the comments submitted pursuant to paragraph 5 above;

All five guidelines and the overall guidance document are now being used by Parties, signatories, Basel Convention regional centres, industry bodies, non-governmental organizations and other stakeholders in raising awareness of the environmentally sound management of used and endoflife mobile phones.
4 - ويجري حالياً استخدام جميع المبادئ التوجيهية الخمسة والوثيقة التوجيهية الشاملة من قِبل الأطراف والجهات الموقعة والمكاتب الإقليمية التابعة لاتفاقية بازل والدوائر الصناعية والمنظمات غير الحكومية وغيرها من أصحاب المصلحة في زيادة التوعية بالإدارة السليمة بيئياً للهواتف النقالة المستعملة والمنتهية صلاحيتها.
