Restrictive residency, planning and zoning, and movement policies, together with continued settlement expansion, and the closure of the Gaza Strip have created a challenging humanitarian situation impacting negatively on the lives of many Palestinian women and their families.
وقد خلقت السياسات التقييدية الخاصة بالإقامة، والتخطيط والتقسيم إلى مناطق، والحركة، بالإضافة إلى التوسع الاستيطاني المستمر، وإغلاق قطاع غزة حالة، إنسانية مليئة بالتحديات تؤثرا سلبا على حياة العديد من النساء الفلسطينيات وأسرهن.

5. Calls upon the international community to continue to provide urgently needed assistance and services in an effort to alleviate the dire humanitarian crisis being faced by Palestinian women and their families and to help in the reconstruction of relevant Palestinian institutions;
5 - يهيب بالمجتمع الدولي مواصلة تقديم المساعدة والخدمات التي تمسُّ الحاجة إليها للتخفيف من حدة الأزمة الرهيبة التي تواجهها النساء الفلسطينيات وأسرهن ومن أجل المساعدة في إعادة بناء المؤسسات الفلسطينية ذات الصلة؛

Urges the international community to continue to give special attention to the promotion and protection of the human rights of Palestinian women and girls and to intensify its measures to improve the difficult conditions being faced by Palestinian women and their families living under Israeli occupation;

5 - يهيب بالمجتمع الدولي مواصلة تقديم المساعدة والخدمات الملحة، وبخاصة المساعدة في حالات الطوارئ، للتخفيف من حدة الأزمة الإنسانية المستحكمة التي تعاني منها النساء الفلسطينيات وأسرهن والمساعدة في إعادة بناء المؤسسات الفلسطينية المعنية، مع إدماج منظور جنساني في جميع البرامج الدولية لتقديم المساعدة؛
