3- وفيما يتعلق بالترتيبات المالية، يُذكر أنه وفقاً للفقرة 1 من المادة 14 من الاتفاقية: " تتحمل تكاليف اجتماعات الدول الأطراف ... الدول الأطراف والدول غير الأطراف في الاتفاقية المشاركة فيها وفقاً لجدول الأنصبة المقررة للأمم المتحدة معدلاً على النحو الملائم " .
