83 - تعرب عن اعتزامها مواصلة استعراض اختصاصات الصندوق الاستئماني المنشأ عملا بالقرار 55/7 لغرض تسهيل مشاركة أعضاء اللجنة من الدول النامية في اجتماعات اللجنة، بعد النظر في المعلومات التي يقدمها الأمين العام عن خيارات آليات توفير تغطية التأمين الطبي لأعضاء اللجنة؛

4 - يحث الدول التي بمقدورها تقديم تبرعات إلى صندوق التبرعات الاستئماني الذي أنشئ لغرض تغطية تكاليف مشاركة أعضاء اللجنة من الدول النامية في اجتماعات اللجنة على القيام بذلك، ويرحب في هذا الصدد بالتبرعات الأخيرة التي قدمتها الدول الأطراف أو تعهدت بها؛
