25 - واستجابة للانتفاضات الشعبية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا، شجعت الأمم المتحدة جميع الأطراف على الالتزام بأحكام القانون الدولي ذات الصلة، ولا سيما الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان.
