A single report on credentials would be submitted for approval, following established procedures, by the Bureau of the Conference of the Parties to the Conference of the Parties and to the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol;
`2` يقدم مكتب مؤتمر الأطراف تقريرا واحدا عن وثائق التفويض للموافقة عليها، وفقاً للإجراءات المتبعة، إلى مؤتمر الأطراف ومؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في بروتوكول كيوتو؛

1. After the expiry of five years from the entry into force of this Convention, a State Party may propose an amendment and file it with the Secretary-General of the United Nations, who shall thereupon communicate the proposed amendment to the States Parties and to the Conference of the Parties to the Convention for the purpose of considering and deciding on the proposal.
1- بعد انقضاء خمس سنوات على بدء نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية، يجوز للدولة الطرف أن تقترح تعديلا لها، وأن تقدم هذا الاقتراح إلى الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة، الذي يقوم بناء عليه بإبلاغ الدول الأطراف ومؤتمر الأطراف في الاتفاقية بالتعديل المقترح بغرض النظر في الاقتراح واتخاذ قرار بشأنه.

1. After the expiry of five years from the entry into force of this Protocol, a State Party to the Protocol may propose an amendment and file it with the Secretary-General of the United Nations, who shall thereupon communicate the proposed amendment to the States Parties and to the Conference of the Parties to the Convention for the purpose of considering and deciding on the proposal.
1- بعد انقضاء خمس سنوات على بدء نفاذ هذا البروتوكول، يجوز للدولة الطرف في البروتوكول أن تقترح تعديلا له، وأن تقدم ذلك الاقتراح الى الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة، الذي يقوم بناء عليه بإبلاغ الدول الأطراف ومؤتمر الأطراف في الاتفاقية بالتعديل المقترح بغرض النظر في الاقتراح واتخاذ قرار بشأنه.
