This report has been prepared at the request of the Conference of the Parties at its eighteenth session in order to enable the tracking of progress made towards the goal of gender balance in advancing gender-sensitive climate policy.

Recalling decision 18/CP.17, in which the programme budget for the biennium 2012 - 2013 was approved and the Executive Secretary was requested to report to the Conference of the Parties at its eighteenth session on income and budget performance and to propose any adjustments that might be needed in the programme budget for the biennium 2012 - 2013,
إذ يشير إلى المقرر 18/م أ-17، الذي اعتُمدت بموجبه الميزانية البرنامجية لفترة السنتين 2012-2013 وطُلب فيه إلى الأمينة التنفيذية أن تقدم إلى مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته الثامنة عشرة تقريراً عن الإيرادات وأداء الميزانية وأن تقترح ما قد يلزم إدخاله من تعديلات على الميزانية البرنامجية للفترة 2012-2013،

6. Also requests the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice, at its thirty-sixth session, to consider the need for further guidance to ensure transparency, consistency, comprehensiveness and effectiveness when informing on how all safeguards are addressed and respected and, if appropriate, to consider additional guidance, and to report to the Conference of the Parties at its eighteenth session;
6- يطلب أيضاً من الهيئة الفرعية أن تنظر، في دورتها السادسة والثلاثين، في مدى الحاجة إلى مزيد من الإرشاد لضمان الشفافية والاتساق والشمول والفعالية عند الإبلاغ عن كيفية معالجة جميع الضمانات واحترامها وأن تنظر، إذا لزم الأمر، في إرشاد إضافي، وتبلغ مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته الثامنة عشرة بذلك؛

3. Requests the secretariat to compile these submissions into a miscellaneous document for consideration by the Subsidiary Body for Implementation at its thirty-sixth session, with a view to recommending for adoption by the Conference of the Parties at its eighteenth session a decision on the matter referred to in paragraph 2 above.
3- يطلب إلى الأمانة تجميع هذه الآراء في وثيقة متفرقات لكي تنظر فيها الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ في دورتها السادسة والثلاثين، بغية التوصية بمقرر بشأن المسألة المشار إليها في الفقرة 2 أعلاه لكي يعتمده مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته الثامنة عشرة.

Requests the Executive Secretary to report to the Conference of the Parties at its eighteenth session on income and budget performance, and to propose any adjustments that might be needed in the programme budget for the biennium 2012 - 2013. Table 1

15. The Chair and the Vice-Chair will continue to collaborate closely with all Parties, with the Chairs of the other subsidiary bodies and with the President of the Conference of the Parties at its eighteenth session and the CMP at its eighth session to enable the successful conclusion of the negotiations under the AWG-KP in Doha.
15- وستواصل الرئيسة ونائبها التعاون الوثيق مع جميع الأطراف، ومع رؤساء الهيئات الفرعية الأخرى، ومع رئيس مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته الثامنة عشرة ومؤتمر الأطراف/اجتماع الأطراف في دورته الثامنة، لكي تُختتم المفاوضات بنجاح في إطار دورة فريق الالتزامات الإضافية بالدوحة.
