The Meeting of States Parties, at its thirteenth meeting (9 to 13 June 2003), by its decision of 12 June 2003 (SPLOS/98), decided that the Tribunal shall deduct from the contributions of States Parties for 2004 the amount in the staff assessment fund as of 31 December 2002 pro rata to their contributions thereto for each financial year concerned.
