8 - يقوم مؤتمر الأطراف باستعراض المرفق ألف، في موعد لا يتجاوز خمس سنوات بعد تاريخ دخول الاتفاقية حيِّز النفاذ، ويجوز له أن ينظر في إدخال تعديلات على هذا المرفق وفقاً للمادة 27.

The Conference of the Parties shall review research priorities periodically on the advice of the Committee on Science and Technology.
ويستعرض مؤتمر اﻷطراف أولويات البحث بصورة دورية استنادا الى مشورة اللجنة المعنية بالعلم والتكنولوجيا.

The Conference of the Parties shall review the effectiveness of the present guidance on a regular basis and update and prioritize it as appropriate.
12 - يقوم مؤتمر الأطراف باستعراض فعالية التوجيهات الحالية على أساس منتظم ويحدثها ويحدد أولوياتها بحسب الاقتضاء.

وإذ يشير إلى الفقرة 1(ه) و(و) من المقرر 7/م أ-7 التي تنص على قيام الأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الثاني بتقديم تقارير سنوياً عن مساهماتها المالية في الصندوق الخاص لتغير المناخ، وعلى قيام مؤتمر الأطراف باستعراض تلك التقارير على أساس سنوي أيضاً،

The Conference of the Parties shall review and evaluate implementation plans transmitted by developing-country Parties pursuant to subparagraph (c) of paragraph 1 and shall endorse the provision of financial resources through the financial mechanism of this Convention sufficient to fund those activities set out in such implementation plans that are aimed at compliance with the obligations established under this Convention.
[3 - يقوم مؤتمر الأطراف باستعراض وتقييم خطط التنفيذ التي تحيلها إليه الأطراف من البلدان النامية عملاً بالفقرة (ج) من الفقرة 1 ويقر توفير موارد مالية عن طريق الآلية المالية لهذه الاتفاقية تكفي لتمويل الأنشطة المبينة في خطط التنفيذ هذه التي ترمي إلى الامتثال إلى الالتزامات المقررة بموجب هذه الاتفاقية.
