The States Parties to the present Covenant recognize the right of everyone to the enjoyment of just and favourable conditions of work which ensure, in particular:
تعترف الدول الأطراف في هذا العهد بما لكل شخص من حق في التمتع بشروط عمل عادلة ومرضية تكفل على الخصوص:

1. The States Parties to the present Covenant undertake to ensure:

The States Parties to the present Covenant recognize the right of everyone to social security, including social insurance.
تقر الدول الأطراف في هذا العهد بحق كل شخص في الضمان الاجتماعي، بما في ذلك التأمينات الاجتماعية.

The States Parties to the present Covenant recognize that:
تقر الدول الأطراف في هذا العهد بما يلي:

4. The Committee shall study the reports submitted by the States Parties to the present Covenant.
4- تقوم اللجنة بدراسة التقارير المقدمة من الدول الأطراف في هذا العهد.

The Committee may also transmit to the Economic and Social Council these comments along with the copies of the reports it has received from States Parties to the present Covenant.

5. The States Parties to the present Covenant may submit to the Committee observations on any comments that may be made in accordance with paragraph 4 of this article.
5- للدول الأطراف في هذا العهد أن تقدم إلى اللجنة تعليقات على أية ملاحظات تكون قد أبديت وفقاً للفقرة 4 من هذه المادة.

The States Parties to the present Covenant undertake to ensure the equal right of men and women to the enjoyment of all economic, social and cultural rights set forth in the present Covenant.
تتعهد الدول الأطراف في هذا العهد بضمان مساواة الذكور والإناث في حق التمتع بجميع الحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية المنصوص عليها في هذا العهد.

The States Parties to the present Covenant recognize that, with a view to achieving the full realization of this right:
