In seeking to enhance the Partnership for Growth and Development, UNCTAD will also involve civil society, seeking to contribute to sustained economic growth through the creation of an enabling environment for the private/business sector.
وبغية تعزيز الشراكة من أجل النمو والتنمية سيشرك اﻷونكتاد أيضا المجتمع المدني سعيا إلى اﻹسهام في النمو الاقتصادي المستدام من خلال توفير مناخ يعزز قدرة القطاع الخاص و/أو قطاع اﻷعمال.

There was general agreement that the expert meetings called for by " A Partnership for Growth and Development " needed the active participation of experts from every interested region in order to benefit from a higher level of technical expertise.

Regarding the status of ISAR, he underlined that it had existed before Midrand and that paragraph 115 of the “Partnership for Growth and Development” was open to different interpretations.

The " Midrand Declaration " and " A Partnership for Growth and Development " had given a new and well focused framework for the work of UNCTAD in the period ahead.

Its status in UNCTAD had been recognized in paragraph 115 of the “Partnership for Growth and Development”, and therefore the Commission could decide on its future sessions.

D. The Midrand Declaration and A Partnership for Growth and Development: final outcome of UNCTAD IX (1996)
دال- إعلان ميدراند وشراكة من أجل تحقيق النمو والتنمية: النتيجة النهائية لﻷونكتاد التاسع )٦٩٩١(

In accordance with paragraph 114 of the document entitled “Midrand Declaration and A Partnership for Growth and Development”, each Commission may convene expert meetings in order to benefit from a higher level of technical expertise.
ووفقا للفقرة ٤١١ من الوثيقة المعنونة " إعلان ميدراند وشراكة من أجل تحقيق النمو والتنمية " ، يمكن لكل لجنة أن تعقد اجتماعات للخبراء حتى يتسنى لها الاستفادة من مستوى أرفع من الخبرة التقنية.

In seeking to enhance the Partnership for Growth and Development, UNCTAD will also involve civil society in order to contribute better to creating an enabling environment for the private/business sector.
وتعزيزا لهذه المساعدة سيزيد اﻷونكتاد تعاونه وتنسيقه مع منظمة التجارة العالمية، ومركز التجارة الدولية، ومنظمات دولية أخرى، ومع وكالات المانحين، وسعياً لتعزيز الشراكة من أجل تحقيق النمو والتنمية سيشرك اﻷونكتاد أيضا المجتمع المدني بغية توفير بيئة تمكينية للقطاع الخاص/قطاع اﻷعمال.

9.10 In line with " A Partnership for Growth and Development " , it is expected that, by the end of the period covered by the plan, the programme will have accomplished the following:
