304. The Committee recommends that the State party further strengthen its efforts to collect reliable and comprehensive statistical data on all areas covered by the Convention and ensure that such data are systematically made available to the public in a timely manner in all parts of the State party.
304- توصي اللجنة بأن تواصل الدولة الطرف تعزيز جهودها بغية جمع بيانات إحصائية موثوقة وشاملة عن جميع المجالات التي تشملها الاتفاقية، وأن تضمن توفر هذه البيانات للجمهور العام بصورة منهجية وفي الوقت المناسب في جميع أنحاء الدولة الطرف.

كما تأسف اللجنة لأن تفسير أحكام مدونة قوانين الأحوال الشخصيـة للمسلمين في الفلبين (المرسوم الرئاسي رقم 1083) يسمح بتعدد الزوجات وبتزويج الفتيات اللائي يقل سنهن عن 18 عاماً، وباستمرار إباحة الزواج القسري في بعض أنحاء الدولة الطرف. (الفقرتان 2 و3 من المادة 2 والفقرة 1 من المادة 10)

17. While noting the existence of separate ombudsmen institutions in the Flemish, French and German Communities, the Committee is concerned that the varying legislations, mandates and capacities of these institutions, as well as the existence of two separate ombudsmen institutions at federal level, may deny children in all parts of the State party equal protection of their rights and response to their complaints.
17- بينما تلاحظ اللجنة وجود مؤسسات منفصلة تابعة لأمين المظالم في المجتمعات المحلّية الفلمنكية والفرنسية والألمانية، فإنها تشعر بالقلق لكون تفاوت التشريعات والولايات والقدرات الخاصة بتلك المؤسسات، وكذلك وجود مؤسستين منفصلتين تابعتين لأمين المظالم على المستوى الاتّحادي، قد يحرم الأطفال في جميع أنحاء الدولة الطرف من التمتّع بالمساواة في حماية حقوقهم والاستجابة لشكاواهم.
