2. In addition to measures provided pursuant to article 7 of this Protocol, each State Party shall ensure that its legislative framework contains measures that permit providing, in appropriate cases:

6 - على كل طرف أن يضمن ألا يتم أي تدمير لمواد المجموعة الثانية المدرجة في المرفق واو الناتجة من المرافق التي تُنتج مواد المجموعة الأولى المدرجة في المرفق جيم أو المرفق واو إلا باستخدام التكنولوجيات التي توافق عليها الأطراف``.

9 - على كل طرف أن يضمن ألا يتم أي تدمير لمواد المجموعة الثانية المدرجة في المرفق واو الناتجة من المرافق التي تُنتج مواد المجموعة الأولى المدرجة في المرفق جيم إلا باستخدام التكنولوجيات التي توافق عليها الأطراف.

In accordance with article 15 of the Convention against Torture, a State Party shall ensure that any statement which is established to have been made as a result of torture shall not be invoked as evidence in any proceedings, except against a person accused of torture as evidence that the statement was made.
ووفقاً للمادة 15 من اتفاقية مناهضة التعذيب، يتعين على الدولة الطرف أن تضمن عدم الدفع بأي أقوال، يثبت أنها أدلي بها نتيجة للتعذيب، على أنها دليل في أية إجراءات، إلا ضد شخص متهم بارتكاب التعذيب.
