6. 6 - إذا لم يقبل طرفا المنازعة نفس وسيلة تسوية المنازعة عملاً بالفقرة 2 أو الفقرة 3، وإذا لم يتمكّنا من تسوية منازعتهما عن طريق الوسائل المذكورة في الفقرة 1 خلال مدة اثني عشر شهراً بعد قيام أحد الطرفين بإخطار الطرف الآخر بوجود منازعة بينهما، تحال المنازعة إلى لجنة توفيق بناءً على طلب أيٍ من طرفي المنازعة.

Disputes arising out of the interpretation or application of this Convention shall lie within the compulsory jurisdiction of the International Court of Justice, and may accordingly be brought before the Court by an application by any party to the dispute being a Party to this Protocol.

3. The Fact-finding Commission shall be composed of one member nominated by each party to the dispute and in addition a member not having the nationality of any of the parties to the dispute chosen by the nominated members who shall serve as Chairperson.
3 - تتكون لجنة تقصي الحقائق من عضو واحد يسميه كل طرف من أطراف النزاع، وعضو آخر، زيادة على ذلك، لا يحمل جنسية أي طرف من أطراف النزاع يختاره الأعضاء المعينون ويتولى رئاسة اللجنة.

2. Each party to the dispute shall appoint an arbitrator, and the two arbitrators so appointed shall designate by agreement the third arbitrator, who shall be the President of the tribunal.
2 - يعين كل طرف في المنازعة محكّماً ويعيّن المحكمّان اللذان يتم تعيينهما على هذا النحو وبالاتفاق المشترك بينهما المحكِّم الثالث، الذي يصبح رئيس هيئة التحكيم.
