In line with PBC conclusion 2014/2, the present report provides information on the efficiency gains, including savings in administrative costs, achieved through the implementation of the Programme for Change and Organizational Renewal (PCOR) with an emphasis on the introduction of the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.

Pursuant to PBC conclusion 2009/3 and decision IDB.36/Dec.12 on unutilized balances of appropriations, the amount of Euro6,812,043, representing unspent balances of collections for the biennium 2006-2007 was to be returned to the Member States in accordance with the relevant Financial Regulations of UNIDO.
15- ووفقاً لاستنتاج لجنة البرنامج والميزانية 2009/3 والمقرّرة م ت ص 36/م-12 المتعلق بأرصدة الاعتمادات غير المنفقة، فقد كان من المفترض إعادة مبلغ 043 812 6 يورو، وهو مبلغ الأرصدة المحصّلة غير المنفقة لفترة السنتين 2006-2007، إلى الدول الأعضاء وفقاً للأحكام ذات الصلة من نظام اليونيدو المالي.

In accordance with PBC conclusion 2009/3 on unutilized balances of appropriations, the amount of Euro6.8 million that should be returned to Member States in accordance with relevant Financial Regulations of UNIDO, was shown as Annex II of document IDB.36/CRP.2.
ووفقا لاستنتاج لجنة البرنامج والميزانية 2009/3 بشأن أرصدة الاعتمادات غير المنفقة، يرد في المرفق الثاني من الوثيقة IDB.36/CRP.2 بيان مبلغ 6.8 ملايين يورو الذي ينبغي رده إلى الدول الأعضاء وفقا لنظام اليونيدو المالي.

17- وفقا لاستنتاج لجنة البرنامج والميزانية 2009/3 والمقرّر م ت ص-36/م-12 والمقرّر م ع-13/م-15 (ز)، المتعلقة بأرصدة الاعتمادات غير المستغلّة، وُزِّع مبلغ قدره 043 812 6 يورو، يمثّل الرصيد غير المنفق من المبالغ المحصّلة عن فترة السنتين 2006-2007، على الدول الأعضاء المستحقة، باستثناء ثلاث دول أعضاء تنازلت عن حصصها البالغ مجموعها 037 86 يورو.
