Once an issuance of CERs, tCERs and lCERs into the pending account of the CDM registry has been made, the distribution into holding accounts of project participants may incur in installments upon their request.
(ه) بمجرد إصدار وحدات التخفيض المعتمد للانبعاثات ووحدات التخفيض المعتمد المؤقتة ووحدات التخفيض المعتمد الطويلة الأجل في الحساب المعلق لسجل آلية التنمية النظيفة، يجوز التوزيع على حسابات الإيداع الخاصة بالمشاركين في المشروع على دفعات بناء على طلبهم.

In addition, from January 2006 the secretariat has instructed participants of projects for which CERs had been issued as to how they may apply for a holding account in the CDM registry and how they may request CERs to be forwarded from the pending account to the holding accounts of project participants.

59. If the Executive Board's reconsidered decision is to approve the request for issuance, then the Executive Board shall instruct the CDM Registry Administrator to issue a specified quantity of CERs into the pending account of the Executive Board in the CDM registry, in accordance with decision 3/CMP.1, annex, paragraph 66.
59- إذا كان قرار المجلس التنفيذي المعاد فيه النظر يقضي بالموافقة على طلب الإصدار، يصدر المجلس التنفيذي تعليماته إلى مدير سجل آلية التنمية النظيفة بإصدار العدد المحدد من وحدات خفض الانبعاثات المعتمد وقيدها في الحساب المعلق للمجلس التنفيذي في سجل آلية التنمية النظيفة، وفقاً للفقرة 66 من مرفق المقرر 3/م أإ-1.
