٣ - تؤكد من جديد أنه ينبغي للوكالات المتخصصة والمنظمات والمؤسسات اﻷخرى في منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة مواصلة الاسترشاد بقرارات اﻷمم المتحدة ذات الصلة فيما تبذله من جهود للمساهمة في التنفيذ التام، دون مزيد من اﻹبطاء، ﻹعلان منح الاستقلال للبلدان والشعوب المستعمرة ولجميع قرارات الجمعية العامة اﻷخرى ذات الصلة؛

The spread and use of nuclear weapons is a fundamental threat to the security of all peoples and all nations.
