It provides that " contractors shall be immune from Iraqi legal process with respect to acts performed by them pursuant to the terms and conditions of a Contract or any sub-contract thereto " (Section 4(3)).

Section 18 of the General Convention provides that officials are immune from legal process in respect of words spoken or written and all acts performed by them in their official capacity.
وينص البند 18 من الاتفاقية العامة على تمتع الموظفين بالحصانة القضائية في كل ما يصدر عنهم بصفتهم الرسمية من قول أو كتابة أو عمل.
