The Committee draws the attention of the Government of Jamaica to the provisions of the guidelines regarding the form and contents of periodic reports from States parties and requests that its next periodic report, due on 7 November 2001, contain material which responds to all the present concluding observations.
١٢- وتلفت اللجنة نظر حكومة جامايكا إلى أحكام المبادئ التوجيهية المتعلقة بشكل ومضمون التقارير الدورية المقدمة من الدول اﻷطراف وتطلب أن يتضمن التقرير الدوري التالي، المستحق في ٧ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٠٠٢، مادة تجيب عن جميع هذه الملاحظات الختامية.

At the same session, the Committee adopted guidelines regarding the form and contents of periodic reports from States parties under article 40, paragraph 1 (b), of the Covenant (see CCPR/C/20/Rev.2).

١٢- وتسترعي اللجنة انتباه حكومة جمهورية بيلاروس إلى أحكام المبادئ التوجيهية المعنية بشكل ومضمون التقارير الدورية المقدمة من الدول اﻷطراف وتطلب أن يحتوي التقرير القادم للدولة الطرف، الذي يحين موعد تقديمه في ٧ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٠٠٢، على مادة تستجيب لجميع هذه الملاحظات الختامية.

266. At its previous session, the Committee had established a working group to prepare a draft document on guidelines regarding the form and contents of periodic reports from States parties to be submitted in the light of article 44 of the Convention (see CRC/C/50, paras. 241-245).

Furthermore, in accordance with article 40, paragraph 1 (b), of the Covenant, the Committee adopted a decision on periodicity at its thirteenth session requiring States parties to submit subsequent reports to the Committee every five years. 4/ At the same session, the Committee adopted guidelines regarding the form and contents of periodic reports from States parties under article 40, paragraph 1 (b), of the Covenant (see annex VII).
٤٧ - علاوة على هذا، ووفقا للفقرة ١ )ب( من المادة ٤٠ من العهد، اعتمدت اللجنة في دورتها الثالثة عشرة مقررا بشأن دورية التقارير اشترط على الدول اﻷطراف أن تقدم إليها تقارير لاحقة مرة كل خمس سنوات)٤(. وفي الدورة ذاتها اعتمدت اللجنة مبادئ توجيهية تتعلق بشكل ومحتويات التقارير الدورية المقدمة من الدول اﻷطراف بموجب الفقرة ١ )ب( من المادة ٤٠ من العهد )انظر المرفق السابع(.

It confirmed its aim of engaging in a constructive dialogue with each reporting State and determined that the dialogue should be conducted on the basis of periodic reports from States parties to the Covenant (para. (d)). It also decided that, in the light of its experience in the consideration of initial reports, it should develop guidelines for the purpose of subsequent reports.

At its thirteenth session, in 1981, in accordance with article 40, paragraph 1 (b), of the Covenant, the Committee adopted a decision on periodicity, requiring States parties to submit subsequent reports to the Committee every five years.3 At the same session, the Committee adopted guidelines regarding the form and contents of periodic reports from States parties under article 40, paragraph 1 (b), of the Covenant (see CCPR/C/20/Rev.2).

The Committee also adopted at that session its guidelines regarding the form and contents of periodic reports from States parties (CRC/C/58). The Committee adopted the report of the thirteenth session (CRC/C/57).
