(س) اتخاذ تدابير للوقاية في مرحلة مبكرة في حالة الأسر والأطفال الذين يتعرضون للعنف أو يحتمل أن يتعرضوا له، من قبيل برامج التثقيف في مجال تنشئة الأطفال، بغية الحد من خطر ارتكاب العنف أو الوقوع ضحية له مرة أخرى في مرحلة متأخرة من الطفولة وفي سن البلوغ؛

273 - وتعرب اللجنة عن القلق إزاء أن المنتديات غير الرسمية لتسوية النـزاعات (مجالس الجيرغا) لا تزال تعمل وتتخذ قرارات تدعو إلى ارتكاب العنف ضد المرأة، على الرغم من صدور حكم من محكمة عليا يطلب إلغاء هذه المجالس.

24. The Committee is concerned that informal dispute resolution forums (jirgas) continue to function and take decisions that call for the perpetration of violence against women, despite the ruling of a superior court requiring the elimination of such forums.
24 - وتعرب اللجنة عن القلق إزاء أن المنتديات غير الرسمية لتسوية النـزاعات (مجالس الجيرغا) لا تزال تعمل وتتخذ قرارات تدعو إلى ارتكاب العنف ضد المرأة، على الرغم من صدور حكم من محكمة عليا يطلب إلغاء هذه المجالس.

The Committee was also concerned about the lack of accountability for crimes of violence against women within the criminal justice system, and that informal dispute resolution forums (jirgas) continue to function and take decisions that call for the perpetration of violence against women, despite a superior court ruling requiring the elimination of such forums.
واللجنة قلقة أيضاً إزاء عدم المساءلة عن جرائم تعنيف المرأة في إطار نظام العدالة الجنائية(113)، ولأن مجالس فض النزاعات غير الرسمية (الجيرغا) لا تزال تؤدي مهامها وتتخذ القرارات التي تدعو إلى ارتكاب العنف ضد المرأة رغم حكم أصدرته محكمة عليا يقضي بإلغاء هذه المجالس(114).

(x) Develop programmes combining skills-building of respectful relationships and counselling support for children and young people exposed to violence to further avoid future perpetration of violence or victimization; adopt measures and programmes to address physical violence, including corporal punishment of children; and promote positive and non-violent parenting programmes;
