24- العروض الشفوية: يجوز للمتكلمين الذين يمثلون منظمات الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة ومنظمات المجتمع المدني أن يطلبوا، في غضون فترة أقصاها يومان قبل يوم المناقشة العامة، تخصيص وقت للكلام لتقديم عروض شفوية.
