States Parties may consider entering into bilateral or multilateral agreements, either ad hoc or general, on the transfer to their country of persons sentenced to imprisonment or other forms of deprivation of liberty for offences to which this article applies, in order that they may complete their sentences there.
٣١ - يجوز للدول اﻷطراف أن تنظر في ابرام اتفاقات ثنائية أو متعددة اﻷطراف ، مخصصة الغرض أو عامة ، بشأن نقل اﻷشخاص المحكوم عليهم بالسجن أو بأشكال أخرى من العقوبة السالبة للحرية بسبب جرائم تنطبق عليها هذه المادة الى بلدهم لكي يكملوا هناك باقي العقوبة المحكوم بها عليهم .

States Parties may consider entering into bilateral or multilateral agreements, either ad hoc or general, on the transfer to their country of persons sentenced to imprisonment or other forms of deprivation of liberty for offences to which this article applies, in order that they may complete their sentences there.
٣١ - يجوز للدول اﻷطراف أن تنظر في ابرام اتفاقات ثنائية أو متعددة اﻷطراف ، مخصصة الغرض أو عامة ، بشأن نقل اﻷشخاص المحكوم عليهم بالسجن أو بأشكال أخرى من التجريد من الحرية ، لارتكابهم جرائم تنطبق عليها هذه المادة ، الى بلدهم لكي يكملوا هناك باقي العقوبة المحكوم بها عليهم .
