Cuba has no objections or observations to advance with regard to the formulation of the remaining draft articles, although it would like to reiterate its position that the human rights of persons who have been or are being expelled cannot constitute a limit on the exercise of the right of a State to carry out expulsions.
وليس لدى كوبا أي اعتراضات أو ملاحظات بشأن صياغة مشاريع المواد المتبقية، وإن كانت تود أن تؤكد من جديد موقفها بأن حقوق الإنسان للأشخاص المطرودين أو الجاري طردهم لا يمكن أن تشكل قيدا على ممارسة حق دولة ما في تنفيذ عمليات الطرد.

The Republic of Cuba wishes to reiterate the usefulness of codifying the human rights of persons who have been or are being expelled, provided that such codification is guided by the principle of comprehensive protection of the human rights of the person who has been or is being expelled, and does not infringe on the sovereignty of States.
تود جمهورية كوبا أن تكرر التأكيد على جدوى تدوين حقوق الإنسان للأشخاص المطرودين أو الجاري طردهم، شريطة الاسترشاد في تدوين هذا الموضوع بمبدأ الحماية التامة لحقوق الإنسان للشخص المطرود أو الجاري طرده، والحرص على عدم المساس بسيادة الدول.
