Stresses the crucial role of human rights in the successful implementation of the Peace Agreement, and underlines the obligations of the parties under the Peace Agreement to secure for all persons within their jurisdiction the highest level of international norms and standards of human rights and fundamental freedoms;
٢ - تؤكد على الدور الحاسم لحقوق اﻹنسان في التنفيذ الناجح لاتفاق السلام، وتشدد على الالتزامات التي يفرضها اتفاق السلام على اﻷطراف والقاضية بأن تضمن لجميع اﻷشخاص الخاضعين لولاياتها التمتع بأعلى مستوى للقواعد والمعايير الدولية في مجال حقوق اﻹنسان والحريات اﻷساسية؛

634. The Committee recommends that the Government review the effectiveness of the recourse measures which should be available to all persons within their jurisdiction in accordance with article 6.
٦٣٤ - وتوصي اللجنة بأن تستعرض الحكومة فعالية إجراءات الانتصاف التي ينبغي أن تتاح لجميع اﻷشخاص الداخلين في نطاق ولايتها وفقا للمادة ٦.
