2. If the number of candidates obtaining such majority is less than the number of places to be filled, additional ballots shall be held to fill the remaining places, the voting being restricted to the candidates obtaining the largest number of votes in the previous ballot, in a number not exceeding twice the number of places remaining to be filled.
2 - إذا كان عدد المرشحين الحاصلين على هذه الأغلبية أقل من عدد المناصب المراد ملؤها، تجرى اقتراعات إضافية لملء المناصب الباقية، على أن يقتصر التصويت على المرشحين الحاصلين على أكبر عدد من الأصوات في الاقتراع السابق، بعدد لا يتجاوز ضعف عدد المناصب المراد ملؤها.

If the number of candidates obtaining such a majority is less than the number of places to be filled, additional ballots shall be held to fill the remaining places, provided that if only one place remains to be filled the procedures in rule 60 shall be applied.
2- إذا كان عدد المرشحين الحاصلين على تلك الأغلبية أقل من المناصب المراد شغلها تجرى اقتراعات إضافية لشغل المناصب الباقية شريطة أنه إذا بقي منصب واحد فقط لشغله يطبق الإجراء المنصوص عليه في المادة 60 من النظام الداخلي.

2. A single ballot shall be taken in respect of all places to be filled at one time under the same conditions.
2 - يجرى اقتراع واحد لجميع المناصب المقرر شغلها في وقت واحد وفقا للشروط ذاتها.

1. When one or more elective places are to be filled at one time under the same conditions, each delegation entitled to vote may cast a vote for as many candidates as there are places to be filled, and those candidates, in a number not exceeding the number of such places, who obtain in the first ballot a majority of the votes cast and the largest number of votes shall be elected.
الاقتراع 1- إذا أريد شغل منصب واحد أو أكثر من المناصب الانتخابية في وقت واحد وبشروط واحدة، يجوز لكل وفد يحق لـه التصويت أن يدلي بصوته لانتخاب مرشحين بعدد المناصب المراد شغلها وينتخب بعدد لا يتجاوز عدد تلك المناصب المرشحون الحاصلون في الاقتراع الأول على أغلبية الأصوات المدلى بها وعلى أكبر عدد من الأصوات.
