In an effort to provide services and facilities whenever possible to regional and other major groupings, the Planning and Meetings Servicing Section of the Department of General Assembly Affairs and Conference Services is in constant contact with the secretaries of intergovernmental bodies with a view to coordinating services so as to accommodate the maximum number of requests.
