158. The Human Rights Committee of the Chamber of Deputies has disseminated and validated the Comprehensive Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act. Following a technical report by the Committee, this Act was introduced in the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, under the current Administration, for consideration and adoption and was promulgated on 31 July 2012.
