The Committee encourages the State party to continue its cooperation with United Nations specialized agencies and programmes and civil society organizations and also through bilateral arrangements in order to address the root causes, such as poverty and underdevelopment, contributing to the vulnerability of children to the sale of children, child prostitution, child pornography and child sex tourism.
32- تشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف على مواصلة تعاونها مع الوكالات والبرامج المتخصصة التابعة للأمم المتحدة ومع منظمات المجتمع المدني، وكذلك بواسطة الترتيبات الثنائية من أجل التصدي للأسباب الجذرية، كالفقر والتخلف، التي تُسهم في تعرُّض الأطفال للبيع والبغاء والاستغلال في المواد الإباحية وفي السياحة الجنسية.

In this respect, the Committee encourages the State party to continue and strengthen international cooperation in order to address the root causes contributing to the vulnerability of children to the sale of children, child prostitution, child pornography and child sex tourism.
وتشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف بهذا الخصوص على مواصلة وتعزيز التعاون الدولي بغية التصدي للأسباب الجذرية التي تسهم في شدة تعرض الأطفال للبيع والاستغلال في البغاء وفي المواد الإباحية وفي السياحة الجنسية.

The Committee further encourages the State party to continue strengthening its international judicial and police cooperation activities for the prevention, detection, investigation, prosecution and punishment of those responsible for acts involving the sale of children, child prostitution, child pornography and child sex tourism.
كما تشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف على مواصلة تعزيز تعاونها الدولي في مجالي القضاء والشرطة لمكافحة وكشف الأفعال والتحقيق فيها ومقاضاة ومعاقبة مرتكبيها، وهي أفعال تنطوي على بيع الأطفال وبغاء الأطفال واستغلال الأطفال في المواد الإباحية والسياحة الجنسية التي تتناول الأطفال.

(36) The Committee, in order to strengthen the framework for prosecution and punishment of those responsible for acts involving the sale of children, child prostitution, child pornography and child sex tourism, recommends that the State party establish its jurisdiction in all cases listed under article 4.

44) وتشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف أيضا على تعزيز التعاون الدولي بغية معالجة الأسباب الجذرية، كالفقر والتخلف وضعف القدرة المؤسسية، التي تسهم في تعريض الأطفال لمخاطر بيع الأطفال وبغاء الأطفال واستغلال الأطفال في المواد الإباحية وفي السياحة الجنسية.

42) وتشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف على مواصلة تعاونها مع وكالات الأمم المتحدة وبرامجها المتخصصة ومنظمات المجتمع المدني، وكذلك على القيام، من خلال ترتيبات ثنائية، بتعزيز المؤسسات العاملة مع الأطفال ومعالجة الأسباب الجذرية، مثل الفقر والتخلف، التي تساهم في تعرض الأطفال لجرائم بيع الأطفال وبغاء الأطفال واستغلال الأطفال في المواد الإباحية وفي السياحة الجنسية.

3. States Parties shall promote the strengthening of international cooperation in order to address the root causes, such as poverty and underdevelopment, contributing to the vulnerability of children to the practices of sale, prostitution, pornography and child sex tourism.
3 - تشجع الدول الأطراف على تعزيز التعاون الدولي بغية التصدي للأسباب الجذرية مثل الفقر والتخلف التي تسهم في استهداف الأطفال لممارسات البيع واستغلالهم في البغاء وفي المواد الإباحية وفي السياحة الجنسية.
