19. At its sixth session, the Committee will have before it the study on the best practices in the matter of missing persons as prepared by the above-mentioned drafting group.

8. At its fourth session held from 25 to 29 January 2010, the Advisory Committee continued its deliberations on the issue of missing persons and adopted this progress report on best practices in the matter of missing persons prepared by its drafting group on missing persons.
8- وواصلت اللجنة الاستشارية، في دورتها الرابعة المعقودة في الفترة من25 إلى 29 كانون الثاني/يناير 2010، مداولاتها بشأن مسألة المفقودين واعتمدت هذا التقرير المرحلي بشأن أفضل الممارسات في مسألة المفقودين الذي أعده فريق الصياغة المعني بمسألة المفقودين.

4. The Advisory Committee, at its second session, held from 26 to 30 January 2009, set up a drafting group with the task of preparing a study on best practices in the matter of missing persons, and designated the following as its members: Ansar Burney, Chinsung Chung, Wolfgang Stefan Heinz (Chairperson), Latif Hüseynov (Rapporteur), Miguel Alfonso Martínez and Bernards Andrews Nyamwaya Mudho.
4- وأنشأت اللجنة الاستشارية، في دورتها الثانية المعقودة في الفترة من 26 إلى 30 كانون الثاني/يناير 2009، فريق صياغة مكلفاً بإعداد دراسة عن أفضل الممارسات في مسألة المفقودين، وعينت في الفريق الأعضاء التالية أسماؤهم: أنصار بورنيه، وتشينسونغ تشونغ، وفولفغانغ ستيفان هاينز (رئيس فريق الصياغة)، ولطيف حسينوف (مقرر فريق الصياغة)، وميغيل ألفونسو مارتينيس وبرناردز أندروز نياموايا مودهو.
