وفي القرار ذاته، استذكر المؤتمر الفقرة 2 من المادة 61 من الاتفاقية، التي تشدّد على أهمية استحداث وتقاسم أفضل الممارسات في مجال منع الفساد.

8- وفيما يخص جمع أفضل الممارسات المتعلقة بمنع الفساد وتعميمها والترويج لها نوقشت التدابير التي اتخذت فيما يتعلق بالاشتراء العمومي والخدمات العمومية، وذلك بعد الانتهاء من عرض ورقة معلومات خلفية أعدتها الأمانة بشأن الممارسات الجيدة لمنع الفساد في مجال الاشتراء العمومي.
