1- التدابير التشريعية والإدارية المتَّخذة في ميدان التعليم والتدريس لمكافحة التحيُّزات التي تفضي إلى التمييز العنصري، بما في ذلك تقديم معلومات عامة عن نظام التعليم؛

The Committee notes with concern the lack of information on the steps taken to comply with article 7 of the Convention regarding measures taken with a view to combating prejudices which lead to racial discrimination and to promoting tolerance and friendship among its ethnic groups. (art. 7)
24- وتلاحظ اللجنة بقلق عدم تقديم معلومات عن الخطوات المتخذة للامتثال لأحكام المادة 7 من الاتفاقية، المتعلقة بالتدابير المتخذة بهدف مكافحة الممارسات الضارة التي تؤدي إلى التمييز العنصري، وبهدف التشجيع على التسامح والصداقة فيما بين المجموعات العرقية في الدولة الطرف (المادة 7).

206. The Committee would welcome any information that the State party is able to provide concerning the relative effectiveness of different measures in the fields of teaching, education, culture and information in combating prejudices which lead to racial discrimination.
٢٠٦ - وسترحب اللجنة بأي معلومات يكون في إمكان الدولة الطرف تقديمها فيما يتعلق بالفعالية النسبية للتدابير المختلفة المتخذة في ميادين التدريس والتعليم والثقافة واﻹعلام لمكافحة التغرضات التي تؤدي إلى التمييز العنصري.

In view of the importance of measures in the fields of teaching, education, culture and information to combat prejudices which lead to racial discrimination and to promote understanding, tolerance and friendship among racial and ethnical groups, the Committee recommends that the State party takes all necessary measures in those fields in accordance with article 7 of the Convention.
٥٣٨ - ونظرا ﻷهمية ما يتخذ في ميادين التدريس والتعليم والثقافة واﻹعلام من التدابير الرامية الى مكافحة التعرض المؤدي الى التمييز العنصري والتدابير الرامية الى تعزيز التفاهم والتسامح والصداقة بين الفئات العنصرية والعرقية، توصي اللجنة بأن تتخذ الدولة الطرف كافة التدابير الضرورية في هذه الميادين وفقا للمادة ٧ من الاتفاقية.

The seminar was also reminded that States parties had undertaken to adopt effective measures to promote understanding and tolerance to combat prejudices which lead to racial discrimination and to promote understanding and tolerance, pursuant to article 7 of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination.
وذكَّر الحلقة الدراسية أيضاً بأن الدول الأطراف قد تعهدت، عملاً بالمادة 7 من الاتفاقية الدولية للقضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز العنصري، باتخاذ تدابير فعالة لتعزيز التفاهم والتسامح بغية مكافحة النعرات المؤدية إلى التمييز العنصري.

16. Article 7 of the Convention stresses the importance of adopting measures in the fields of teaching, education, culture and information with a view to combating prejudices which lead to racial discrimination.
16- وتؤكد المادة 7 من الاتفاقية على أهمية اعتماد تدابير في مجالات التعليم والتربية والثقافة والإعلام بغية مكافحة النعرات المؤدية إلى التمييز العنصري.

37. The Kingdom's Constitution (the Koran and the Sunna) and the Basic Law contain provisions that guarantee measures to combat prejudices which lead to racial discrimination, as has already been clearly explained above.
37- يضمن دستور المملكة (القرآن والسنة) والنظام الأساسي للحكم ما يكفل مكافحة النعرات المؤدية إلى التمييز العنصري وفقاً لما تم توضيحه سلفاً.

Convinced that combating prejudices which lead to racial discrimination, promoting understanding, tolerance and friendship among racial and ethnic groups, and propagating the principles and purposes of the Charter of the United Nations and of the human rights declarations and other relevant instruments adopted by the General Assembly of the United Nations, are important and effective means of eliminating racial discrimination,
واقتناعا منها بأن مكافحة النعرات المؤدية إلى التمييز العنصري، وتعزيز التفاهم والتسامح والصداقة بين الجماعات العرقية والاثنية، ونشر مبادئ ومقاصد ميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة وإعلانات حقوق اﻹنسان وغيرها من الصكوك ذات الصلة التي اعتمدتها الجمعية العامة لﻷمم المتحدة في هذا الصدد، هي كلها وسائل مهمة وفعالة للقضاء على التمييز العنصري،

1. The role of State media in the dissemination of information to combat prejudices which lead to racial discrimination, and in fostering better understanding of the purposes and principles of the Convention;
1- دور وسائط إعلام الدولة في نشر المعلومات لمكافحة التحيُّزات التي تفضي إلى التمييز العنصري، وتحقيق فهم أفضل لمقاصد الاتفاقية ومبادئها؛
