Further, Article 103 of the Charter provides that in the event of a conflict between the obligations of the Members of the United Nations under the present Charter and their obligations under any other international agreement, their obligation under the present Charter shall prevail.

يتخذ المؤتمر الوزاري، وهو يتصرف بوصفه المؤتمر العام للوكالة، أي قرار يتعلق بتفسير هذا الميثاق وذلك عملا بأحكام المادة ٤.

The Government of the State which is president of the Summit, or the State which hosted the founding Conference, or the State in whose territory the Headquarters of the Agency is located, shall notify all members and the Secretary-General of any revision of the present Charter.
تبلغ حكومة الدولة التي تترأس مؤتمر القمة، أو الدولة التي استضافت المؤتمر التأسيسي، أو الدولة التي يوجد على أراضيها مقر الوكالة، جميع اﻷعضاء وكذلك اﻷمين العام بأي تنقيح يُدخل على هذا الميثاق.

Article 12, paragraph 4, of the African Charter on Human and Peoples' Rights stipulates that: " A non-national legally admitted in a territory of a State Party to the present Charter, may only be expelled from it by virtue of a decision taken in accordance with the law. "
وتنص الفقرة 4 من المادة 12 من الميثاق الأفريقي لحقوق الإنسان والشعوب على أنه: ' ' لا يجوز طرد الأجنبي الذي دخل بصفة قانونية إلى أراضي دولة ما طرف فى هذا الميثاق إلا بقرار مطابق للقانون``.

Nothing contained in the present Charter shall authorize the United Nations to intervene in matters which are essentially within the domestic jurisdiction of any State or shall require the Members to submit such matters to settlement under the present Charter; but this principle shall not prejudice the application of enforcement measures under Chapter VII.
ليس في هذا الميثاق ما يسوغ للأمم المتحدة أن تتدخل في الشؤون التي تكون من صميم السلطان الداخلي لدولة ما، وليس فيه ما يقتضي الأعضاء أن يعرضوا مثل هذه المسائل لأن تحل بحكم هذا الميثاق؛ على أن هذا المبدأ لا يخلّ بتطبيق تدابير القمع الواردة في الفصل السابع.

While Article 103 of the Charter only refers to conflicts between " obligations of the Members of the United Nations under the present Charter " , on the one hand, and " their obligations under any other international agreement " , on the other, the impact of the Charter is not limited to obligations of members of the United Nations.
132 - ورغم أن المادة 103 من الميثاق تشير فقط إلى التعارض بين ' ' الالتزامات التي يرتبط بها أعضاء الأمم المتحدة وفقا لأحكام هذا الميثاق`` من جهة و ' ' أي التزام دولي آخر يرتبطون به`` من جهة أخرى، فإن أثر الميثاق لا يقتصر على التزامات أعضاء الأمم المتحدة.
