3. Requests all States to inform the Secretary-General of the efforts and measures they have taken on the implementation of the present resolution and nuclear disarmament, and requests the Secretary-General to apprise the General Assembly of that information at its fifty-fourth session;
٣ - تطلب إلى جميع الدول أن تبلغ اﻷمين العام بالجهود والتدابير التي اضطلعت بها بشأن تنفيذ هذا القرار ونزع السلاح النووي، وتطلب إلى اﻷمين العام أن يبلغ هذه المعلومات إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الرابعة والخمسين؛

6. Requests the Secretary-General to report to the General Assembly at its sixty-seventh session on the implementation of the present resolution and progress made in relief, rehabilitation and reconstruction efforts in the stricken countries.
6 - تطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يقدم إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها السابعة والستين تقريرا عن تنفيذ هذا القرار وعن التقدم المحرز في الجهود المبذولة لإغاثة وتأهيل وتعمير البلدان المتضررة.

(b) Draft statute for the United Nations Administrative Tribunal that reflects the decisions contained in the present resolution and its resolution 61/261;
(ب) مشروع النظام الأساسي للمحكمة الإدارية للأمم المتحدة الذي يعكس القرارات الواردة في هذا القرار وفي قرارها 61/261؛

12. Calls upon all other parties involved in armed conflicts to refrain from abducting humanitarian personnel or United Nations and its associated personnel or detaining them in violation of the relevant conventions referred to in the present resolution and applicable international humanitarian law, and speedily to release, without harm or requirement of concession, any abductee or detainee;
12 - تهيب بسائر الأطراف المشاركة في الصراعات المسلحة أن تمتنع عن اختطاف العاملين في مجال تقديم المساعدة الإنسانية أو موظفي الأمم المتحدة والأفراد المرتبطين بها، أو احتجازهم، في انتهاك للاتفاقيات ذات الصلة المشار إليها في هذا القرار ولأحكام القانون الإنساني الدولي السارية، وأن تفرج على وجه السرعة عن أي مختطفين أو محتجزين دون تعريضهم للأذى أو المطالبة بأي تنازلات؛

81. Decides, with reference to paragraph 49 above, that a transitional period will start on the date of adoption of the present resolution and continue until 31 December 2010;
81 - تقرر، وفقا لما ورد في الفقرة 49 أعلاه، أن تبدأ الفترة الانتقالية في تاريخ اتخاذ هذا القرار وأن تستمر حتى 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2010؛

22. Requests the SecretaryGeneral to elaborate the concept of operations and rules of engagement of the Mission in line with the provisions of the present resolution and to report on this to the Council and troopcontributing countries;
22 - يطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يسهب في شرح مفهوم العمليات وقواعد الاشتباك المتبعة في البعثة بما يتماشى مع أحكام هذا القرار وأن يقدم تقريرا عن ذلك إلى المجلس والبلدان المساهمة بقوات؛

3. Requests the Secretary-General to ensure the implementation of the present resolution and to promote it in the international community.

7. Requests the Secretary General to follow up the implementation of the present resolution and the Report thereon to the OIC Contact Group and Thirty-fifth session of Islamic Conference of Foreign Ministers.
7 - يطلب من الأمين العام متابعة تنفيذ هذا القرار ورفع تقرير بشأنه إلى فريق الاتصال التابع لمنظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي وإلى المؤتمر الإسلامي لوزراء الخارجية في دورته الخامسة والثلاثين.

Underlines once again the need for the treaty bodies, special rapporteurs/ representatives, independent experts and working groups of the Commission, within their mandates and where appropriate, to take into consideration the content of the present resolution and the report of the High Commissioner entitled " Globalization and its impact on the full enjoyment of human rights " ;
9- تشدد مرة أخرى على ضرورة قيام الهيئات المنشأة بموجب معاهدات والمقررين والممثلين الخاصين، والخبراء المستقلين والأفرقة العاملة في اللجنة، كل في نطاق ولايته وحسب الاقتضاء، بمراعاة هذا القرار وكذلك تقرير المفوضة السامية المعنون " العولمة وأثرها على التمتع الكامل بحقوق الإنسان " ؛

10. Requests the Commission on Human Rights, at its fiftieth session, to continue to examine ways and means to strengthen United Nations action in this regard on the basis of the present resolution and of Commission resolution 1993/59;
١٠ - تطلب إلى لجنة حقوق الانسان أن تواصل، في دورتها الخمسين، دراسة طرق ووسائل تعزيز تدابير اﻷمم المتحدة في هذا الصدد استنادا إلى هذا القرار وإلى قرار اللجنة ١٩٩٣/٥٩؛

17. Requests the Secretary-General to continue his discussions with the Government of Myanmar in order to assist in the implementation of the present resolution and its efforts for national reconciliation and to report to the General Assembly at its fifty-second session and to the Commission on Human Rights at its fifty-third session;
١٧ - تطلب إلى اﻷمين العام أن يواصل مناقشاته مع حكومة ميانمار من أجل المساعدة في تنفيذ هذا القرار وفيما تبذله من جهود لتحقيق المصالحة الوطنية، وأن يقدم تقريرا إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الثانية والخمسين والى لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان في دورتها الثالثة والخمسين؛

3. Requests the Executive Secretary of the Commission to follow up the implementation of the present resolution and report thereon to the Commission at its twentieth session.
٣ - يطلب إلى اﻷمين التنفيذي للجنة أن يتابع تنفيذ هذا القرار ويقدم تقريرا بهذا الشأن إلى اللجنة في دورتها العشرين.

The Economic and Social Council, taking note of Commission on Human Rights resolution 1994/81 of 9 March 1994, approves the Commission's request to the Secretary-General, in the light of developments between the adoption of the present resolution and 30 September 1994, to consider the appropriateness of appointing a special representative whose mandate might include:
يوافق المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، وقد أحاط علما بقرار لجنة حقوق الانسان ١٩٩٤/٨١ المؤرخ في ٩ آذار/مارس ١٩٩٤، على طلب اللجنة من اﻷمين العام أن يقوم، في ضوء التطورات التي تطرأ في الفترة ما بين اعتماد هذا القرار و ٣٠ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٤، بالنظر في مدى ملاءمة تعيين ممثل خاص يمكن أن تشمل ولايته ما يلي:

Decides also that the provisions of the present resolution and the statutes of the Mechanism and of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda shall be subject to the transitional arrangements set out in annex 2 to the present resolution;
2 - يقرر أيضا أن تخضع أحكام هذا القرار وأحكام الأنظمة الأساسية للآلية وللمحكمة الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة وللمحكمة الجنائية الدولية لرواندا للترتيبات الانتقالية المبينة في المرفق 2 لهذا القرار؛

Endorses the conclusions and recommendations of the Committee for Programme and Coordination on the proposed biennial programme plan for the period 2008-2009 contained in the report of the Committee on the work of its forty-sixth session, subject to the provisions of the present resolution and the additional modifications contained in the annex hereto;
3 - تؤيد استنتاجات وتوصيات لجنة البرنامج والتنسيق بشأن خطة البرامج المقترحة لفترة السنتين 2008-2009، الواردة في تقرير اللجنة عن أعمال دورتها السادسة والأربعين(1)، رهنا بأحكام هذا القرار وبما يرد في مرفقه من تعديلات إضافية؛

(c) To give all necessary assistance to enable his Special Envoy to implement the present resolution and, in the context of the facilitation role, to explore any and all possibilities for discharging fully and effectively his mandate;
(ج) أن يقدِّم ما يلزم من مساعدة لتمكين مبعوثه الخاص من تنفيذ هذا القرار ومن القيام، في سياق دوره التيسيري، بتدارس جميع الاحتمالات للاضطلاع بولايته اضطلاعا كاملا وفعليا؛
