26- يطلب إلى المفوضية السامية أن تقدم إلى مجلس حقوق الإنسان في دورته الثلاثين تقريراً مرحلياً عن حالة حقوق الإنسان في اليمن وعن متابعة تنفيذ هذا القرار وقرارات المجلس 18/19 و19/29 و21/22 و24/32.

13. Requests the Office of the High Commissioner to present to the Human Rights Council, at its twenty-fourth session, a progress report on the situation of human rights in Yemen and on the follow-up to the present resolution and Council resolutions 18/19 and 19/29.

10. Requests the Office of the High Commissioner to present to the Human Rights Council, at its twenty-first session, a progress report on the situation of human rights in Yemen and on the follow-up to the present resolution and Council resolution 18/19.
10- يطلب إلى المفوضية السامية أن تقدم إلى مجلس حقوق الإنسان في دورته الحادية والعشرين تقريراً مرحلياً عن حالة حقوق الإنسان في اليمن وعن متابعة تنفيذ هذا القرار وقرار المجلس 18/19.

5. Also requests the High Commissioner to present to the Human Rights Council, at its twenty-second session, a report containing a summary of the discussions held at the above-mentioned workshop and of the progress towards the implementation of the present resolution.
5- يطلب أيضاً إلى المفوضة السامية أن تقدم إلى المجلس في دورته الثانية والعشرين تقريراً يتضمن موجزاً للمناقشات التي ستجرى في حلقة العمل المذكورة أعلاه وللتقدم الذي يُحرز في تنفيذ هذا القرار.

5. Requests the High Commissioner to prepare, in consultation with relevant United Nations agencies, programmes and funds, and to present to the Human Rights Council at its twenty-fourth session, a report outlining the role of the public service as an essential component of good governance in the promotion and protection of human rights, including a compilation of good practices based on information received from the above-mentioned stakeholders.
5- يطلب إلى المفوضة السامية أن تعدّ، بالتشاور مع وكالات الأمم المتحدة وصناديقها وبرامجها المختصة، تقريراً يبين دور الخدمات العامة كعنصر أساسي من عناصر الحكم الرشيد في مجال تعزيز حقوق الإنسان وحمايتها، ويتضمن تجميعاً لأفضل الممارسات القائمة على المعلومات الواردة من الجهات صاحبة المصلحة المبيّنة آنفاً وأن تقدم ذلك التقرير إلى مجلس حقوق الإنسان في دورته الرابعة والعشرين.

(b) To invite the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to present to the Human Rights Council by its session in June 2008 information on the programmes and activities to commemorate the sixtieth anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights;
(ب) دعوة مفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان إلى موافاة مجلس حقوق الإنسان بحلول موعد انعقاد دورته في حزيران/يونيه 2008 بمعلومات عن البرامج والأنشطة المنظمة احتفالاً بالذكرى السنوية الستين لصدور الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان؛

17. Requests the independent expert to present to the Human Rights Council a summary of the discussions held at the workshop, in conformity with the programme of work of the Council;
17- يطلب إلى الخبيرة المستقلة أن تقدم إلى مجلس حقوق الإنسان موجزاً بالمناقشات التي ستجرى في حلقة العمل، وذلك وفقاً لبرنامج عمل المجلس؛

17. Requests the independent expert to present to the Human Rights Council a summary of the discussions held at the workshop, in conformity with the programme of work of the Council;
17 - يطلب إلى الخبيرة المستقلة أن تقدم إلى مجلس حقوق الإنسان موجزاً للمناقشات التي ستجرى في حلقة العمل، وذلك وفقاً لبرنامج عمل المجلس؛

9- يطلب أيضاً إلى المفوضة السامية أن تقدم إلى مجلس حقوق الإنسان في دورته الثامنة والعشرين تقريراً يتضمن موجزاً للمناقشات التي أُجريت في حلقة العمل السالفة الذكر والتقدم المحرز في تنفيذ هذا القرار.
