As regards any signatory ratifying subsequently, the present Treaty shall enter into force on the date of the deposit of its instrument of ratification.

The present Treaty shall be registered with the Secretariat of the United Nations, pursuant to Article 102 of the Charter of the United Nations, by the DEPOSITARY.

وإثباتاً لما تقدّم، قام الموقّعان أدناه، المفوّضان بذلك حسب الأصول من جانب حكومتيهما، بالتوقيع على هذه المعاهدة.

Nevertheless, those who have attained the age of 18 years may, during the year following the entry into force of the present Treaty, opt for Russian nationality.
غير أن الذين يبلغ عمرهم ١٨ سنة يمكنهم، في غضون السنة التالية لدخول هذه المعاهدة حيز النفاذ، أن يختارو الجنسية الروسية.

In witness whereof the above-named Plenipotentiaries have signed the present Treaty and have affixed thereto their seals.

The present Treaty is not directed against other States and in no way affects any of the rights and obligations stemming from existing bilateral and multilateral agreements of the High Contracting Parties with other States.

The present Treaty is subject to ratification, and shall enter into force on the day of the exchange of instruments of ratification by the High Contracting Parties.
تعرض هذه المعاهدة للتصديق، ويسري مفعولها اعتبارا من تاريخ تبادل اﻷطراف المتعاقدة السامية لوثائق التصديق.
